Discover the “Vinenbuz” project, supported by E2S UPPA via seed funding, consisting in adapting an old vineyard to new environmental and territorial constraints.

In this first episode, Sciences Ouvertes, the research podcast of the University of Pau and Pays de l’Adour, takes a look at the history of small vineyards, including that of Buzet in the Lot-et-Garonne. This one is the subject of research work of the laboratory ITEM, Identities, territories and mobilities since 2014.

Pierre Philippe, general manager of the Buzet winegrowers’ cooperative, Laurent Jalabert, professor of contemporary history and director of the ITEM laboratory, and Pierre Courroux, researcher and specialist in Albret, talk about this fruitful collaboration with journalist Stéphanie Savariaud.
